Extensive selection of grass machinery at McHale’s stand

McHale Engineering will showcase an extensive selection of its grass machinery range at the National Ploughing Championships (The Ploughing). The McHale Fusion 4 range will feature prominently with the Fusion 4 Plus on display with Film Binding Technology while also incorporating the new hydraulic-driven TerraDrive axle option. Visitors will also be able to see the Fusion Vario Plus, a fully automatic integrated baler wrapper equipped with Film Binding Technology. This versatile machine can produce hay and straw bales ranging from 0.6m to 1.68m, as well as haylage and silage bales from 1m to 1.45m.
Additional innovations on display will include the new generation of McHale variable chamber balers in the form of the V6750-II, the new and largest R80-90 centre delivery rake. Since their release at last year’s Ploughing, these new developments have done the brand proud, McHale says, proving popular with contractors and farmers around the world while demonstrating the strong reception to the latest additions to McHale’s grass machinery ranges.

POPULAR MACHINES

The popular McHale Propel tedder range will also feature on the stand, with both the mounted six-rotor M6-770 and trailed 10-rotor T10-1260 on display. The range offers solutions for farms and contractors of different sizes, highlighting the versatility of McHale’s grass machinery offering.
McHale’s popular F5 fixed chamber baler range will also be available to view, with the F5-550 featuring a 15-knife chopping unit, while the F5-560 Plus is equipped with a 25-knife chopping unit and Film Binding Technology. Both machines will be showcased at The Ploughing.

A wide selection of McHale’s round bale wrapping range will be on display, including the proven 991 Wrapping range and the McHale Orbital, the company’s top-of-the-range round bale wrapper. 

LATEST DEVELOPMENTS

A key focus at this year’s show will be the latest developments to McHale’s C4 straw blower and silage feeder range, ahead of the winter housing season. The updated machines feature heavier-duty slats and U-bolts, along with a new belt slippage detection sensor for optimum performance. These developments follow previous updates to the C4 range, including a Hardox-lined flywheel and wired joystick remote. Together, these updates demonstrate McHale’s continued commitment to improving machine performance, durability and reliability for its customers.
Also on the stand will be the newly kitted-out McHale fan shop, offering a wide selection of official McHale clothing, accessories and merchandise. Visitors will have the opportunity to pick up some new McHale gear at special show-discounted prices throughout the event.
A representative from McHale’s recruitment team will also be available on the stand to discuss careers and employment opportunities with the company. With a number of vacancies and apprenticeships available, visitors interested in joining the McHale team will have an opportunity to learn more about the roles on offer.
